Update and Directorate Change Titanium Resources Group (“TRG” or “the Company”) today issues an update on developments following the incident at the Company’s Sierra Rutile mine on 25 July 2008.

Titanium Resources Group announces interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2008 and an operational update.

Titanium Resources Group Ltd. has confirmed that two persons are reported missing following an accident which occurred on the afternoon of Friday 25th July 2008 at the Company's Sierra Rutile mine.

25 July, 2008: Titanium Resources Group ("TRG" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the disposal of Global Aluminium Limited to Vimetco N.V. for a total cash consideration of US$40 million.
